HCC Update (March 23, 2020)

Sunday Services Livestreamed Through April 5th
In light of the restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, HCC will continue to hold 'streaming only' Sunday services at least through April 5th.
Live Sunday broadcasts will take place at 9:00a and can be repeated anytime after the original streaming event.
The broadcast can be accessed on our web site heath.church or on our YouTube channel. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS THE HCC YOUTUBE CHANNEL

Kid's Ministry
Sandy & Leann are going to great lengths to provide Bible learning opportunities for children of all ages. Parents, keep your eyes open for video lessons, home activity ideas, and even a live-streamed singalong with Mr. Dave! One great way to keep up to date with opportunities for kids is to follow the Heath Church of Christ Children's Ministry Facebook page. CLICK HERE TO FOLLOW HCC KIDS ON FACEBOOK

Online Small Groups
With the help of technology, many groups within the church are continuing to meet regularly. One tool many have found to be helpful is called Zoom. Zoom is an online meeting tool often used by schools and businesses. Our staff and elders used it recently to conduct a successful prayer meeting. Several NEW student-led Journey Groups are launching using this tool. CLICK HERE TO MAKE YOUR OWN FREE ZOOM ACCOUNT

Reaching Out In A Difficult Time
As this crisis unfolds, we seek to be the 'hands and feet' of Jesus to the HCC family and to our community at large.

  • Our Connect and Student ministries are volunteering weekly, handing out food at the Food Pantry Network.
  • Several from the HCC family have helped those affected by the recent flooding in Licking County clean up their damaged homes. So far, we've helped out 8 different families, some connected and some not connected to HCC.
  • We are very encouraged to hear reports of countless phone calls and other types of contacts being made between church members seeking to care for one another. All connected to HCC are encouraged to reach out to members of their small groups, Bible school classes, and ministry groups. Please let the ministry staff know of any pressing needs.

Online Giving
In the midst of this crisis, HCC is making great efforts to limit expenses while continuing all essential ministries. We deeply appreciate the generous financial support offered by all who count HCC as their home. Online giving is an excellent way to keep ministries going during a season of mandated social distancing.  CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT ONLINE GIVING
