HCC's Care Portal Ministry exists to meet physical needs of families with school age children in our community who are in crisis situations.  By reaching out to those in need, we are honoring Jesus as He taught in Matthew 25:40, "'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'"
