HCC Family Ministry seeks to offer a comprehensive ministry to partner in your child's spiritual journey from birth all the way to their high school graduation and beyond. Both Heath Kids Ministry (HKM) and Heath Student Ministry (HSM) exist as pieces to the greater family ministry. Our ministries work together to create simple opportunities and resources for parents to excel as the primary disciple-makers of their kids.

HCC Kids Ministry

HKM Kids Ministry is for kids who are birth-age through 6th grade. HKM is a place for your kids to grow alongside other kids their age as they take part in different opportunities like large group on Sunday morning to Superstart on Wednesday nights. If you're looking for a safe place for your kids to thrive, HKM is the place to be!

HCC Student Ministry exists to Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples in the context of Middle and High School students (7th-12th grades). We provide opportunities for students to grow in their relationship with Jesus and others. We call students to live out the Vision of HCC, which is to Multiply Christ-Centered Communities.

We believe our job at HFM is to equip parents to be the primary disciple-makers in the home. There are a lot of ways that HFM wants to not just equip you but assist you in your spiritual leadership.
